Many well-known brands adopt mobile apps instead of websites for ordering. This project was a great opportunity to compare apps and websites' UI. For example, I had to explore effective layouts to present key features, as websites don't have a bottom menu.

Although it would have been ideal if I could conduct well-structured interviews and data collection with customers, it was not feasible as the redesign was a personal project. Instead, I identified their pain points from everyday conversations at the store.

Designing within the boundaries of the brand identity and preferences (such as keeping the payment in-person) led me to reflect various stakeholders' needs in website design. The redesigned website will not be launched for practical use because an external firm develops the original website.
